Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Business Admin, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; able to work independently and handle repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input inbound, outbound, and inventory movement data into the warehouse management system.
• Update and maintain inventory records to reflect real-time stock status.
• Support routine and ad-hoc stock counts, verifying system data against physical inventory.
• Reconcile discrepancies with warehouse assistants and elevate issues when needed.
• Prepare and generate warehouse documents such as pick lists, receiving notes, and delivery orders.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for warehouse records and documents.
• Ensure data entry aligns with daily operational timelines and shipping schedules.
• Monitor and update the status of goods received and dispatched.
• Provide administrative support to the warehousing team and assist in daily coordination.
