Job summary

Hexamatics Servvcom Sdn Bhd is a leading provider of HR outsourcing services with regional operations. We are seeking a warehouse operative to receive goods, verify against purchase orders, and store items in designated locations to maintain an organized warehouse.

You will pick and pack materials, prepare shipments, operate forklifts safely, perform stock counts, and support 5S and safety standards while ensuring accurate documentation and collaboration with Production and Procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify them against purchase orders or delivery notes for accuracy and quality.
• Accurately store goods in designated locations within the warehouse to maintain an organized storage system.
• Pick and prepare materials and components according to job orders, ensuring that quantities and specifications are correct.
• Pack goods securely for internal distribution or external shipping, using proper packaging materials and methods.
• Manage dispatch operations by loading goods safely and preparing all necessary shipping documentation.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, in compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and assist in stock control processes to minimize discrepancies and ensure product availability.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by applying 5S principles and adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Report damaged materials, shortages, or quality nonconformities promptly to supervisors for resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Production and Procurement
