We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate stock movements, and ensure efficient storage and distribution. The ideal candidate will support smooth warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Coordinate daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse personnel in receiving, storing, handling, recording, and dispatching goods.
Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain proper documentation for all stock movements.
Maintain an organized filing system and process daily material requests from the Production Department.
Monitor warehouse activities to ensure compliance with company procedures, warehouse safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Assign, prioritize, and monitor tasks to ensure operational deadlines and productivity targets are achieved.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory reconciliation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and inventory control.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics management.
Knowledge of FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory management practices.
Good understanding of warehouse safety procedures and compliance requirements.
Familiar with inventory management systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently, with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
