Job summary

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics management.
• Knowledge of FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory management practices.
• Good understanding of warehouse safety procedures and compliance requirements.
• Familiar with inventory management systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently, with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Possess good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse personnel in receiving, storing, handling, recording, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain proper documentation for all stock movements.
• Maintain an organized filing system and process daily material requests from the Production Department.
• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure compliance with company procedures, warehouse safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor tasks to ensure operational deadlines and productivity targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory reconciliation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and inventory control.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
