Job summary

INNOValues Precision Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage daily activities such as receiving, storing, issuing and delivering materials.

The role emphasizes accurate inventory records, proper labeling and handling per procedures, coordination with Production Planning, Purchasing, and Shipping to ensure material availability, and ERP records for all warehouse transactions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management or a related field.
• Preferably 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, shipping and customs clearance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping documentation and import/export procedures.
• Familiarity with customs regulations, freight forwarding and ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and good documentation skills.
• Good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing and delivering materials.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements.
• Ensure materials are properly stored, labelled and handled according to company procedures.
• Coordinate with Production Planning, Purchasing, Production and Shipping to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor stock levels and support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to prevent material shortages and excess inventory.
• Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts, and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Handle shipping arrangements, delivery schedules and preparation of shipping documents.
• Coordinate customs clearance, import/export documentation and liaise with customs agents and freight forwarders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant customs regulations and import/export requirements.
• Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and proper housekeeping.
• Prepare warehouse reports and perform other duties assigned by the superior.
