CLOUDENGINE DIGITAL SDN. BHD. is seeking a warehouse and IT asset coordinator to manage daily receiving, issuing, allocation, and movement of spare parts and IT components. You will maintain accurate records and support monthly stock counts across multiple warehouses.
You will monitor inventory levels, help maintain safety stock, and coordinate with procurement, operations and finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure efficient asset utilization.
Manage the daily receiving, issuing, allocation, return, transfer, and movement of spare parts, consumables, and related equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support monthly, quarterly, and annual stock counts to ensure consistency between physical inventory and system records.
Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and consumables and assist in maintaining appropriate safety stock levels and replenishment alerts.
Promote the standardization of material classification, storage locations, labeling, and storage practices to improve warehouse organization and management efficiency.
Monitor inventory status across domestic and overseas warehouses, identify inventory discrepancies or abnormalities in a timely manner, and coordinate follow-up actions for resolution.
Spare Parts and IT Asset Management
Assist in managing IT equipment and spare parts, including servers, GPUs, network equipment, switches, optical modules, hard drives, memory modules, power supplies, and other related components.
Establish and maintain accurate asset and spare parts records, including serial numbers, models, quantities, project ownership, warehouse locations, and usage status.
Track the full lifecycle status of spare parts, including in-stock, issued, borrowed, under repair, returned for repair, RMA, and disposal, ensuring full traceability.
Support project and operations teams in urgent spare parts allocation, equipment replacement, repair, and return processes.
Systems and Data Management
Use internal company systems, ERP platforms, or inventory management tools to maintain warehouse and asset-related data.
Perform data entry, verification, reconciliation, organization, and updates for inventory, equipment, and inbound and outbound transactions.
Assist in improving inventory management processes and system workflows.
Prepare and organize inventory, transfer, consumption, and asset-related data according to business and operational requirements.
Support the progressive digitalization and standardization of warehouse and asset management processes.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with procurement, project delivery, operations and maintenance, logistics, and finance teams regarding spare parts and material requirements.
Follow up on inventory preparation, allocation, transfer, and shipment arrangements for project-related equipment and spare parts.
Assist in handling urgent spare parts requirements for projects and after-sales or maintenance operations.
Support overseas projects with basic warehouse, inventory, and equipment coordination.
Coordinate with warehouses, logistics service providers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely closure of outstanding matters.
Inventory Data and Operational Support
Regularly compile and maintain data related to inventory quantities, inventory value, spare parts consumption, and inventory discrepancies or abnormalities.
Assist in analyzing stock shortages, excess inventory, slow-moving or obsolete materials, and inventory turnover.
Support spare parts replenishment planning and inventory level management based on historical consumption and project requirements.
Continuously identify issues and improvement opportunities in warehouse and inventory management and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
Warehouse and Project Support
Assist with new warehouse setup, warehouse relocation, stocktaking activities, and warehouse process optimization.
Participate in overseas warehouse stocktaking, inventory reconciliation, and on-site operational support as required by business needs.
Perform other spare parts, inventory, warehouse, and supply chain-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
