• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse documents including inbound/outbound records and inventory records.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of documents, classify and archive per regulations.
• Enter data for operations in the warehouse management system and update inventory.
• Prepare inventory/shipment reports and provide data to management.
• Assist inventory clerks during counts and update system; report results.
• Coordinate daily warehouse office affairs, procure supplies, and organize files.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse office area.
• Provide training in document management and data entry for new staff; support the team.
