Job summary

Global Fine Wood Sdn Bhd is seeking a meticulous Warehouse Data Clerk to manage inbound and outbound documents, update inventory in the warehouse management system, and generate periodic reports for management. You will coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, R&D and other departments to support operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data entry and stock records.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential, along with proficient communication in Mandarin, Bahasa

Qualifications

• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
• Experience in inventory control and stock reconciliation
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and reporting
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Good communication across departments in multiple languages

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse documents and records
• Enter data for goods receipt and issuance; ensure accuracy in WMS
• Prepare and generate inventory, shipment, and other warehouse reports
• Assist inventory clerks during stocktake periods
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, R&D and other departments to support operations
