Job summary

Phili-Orient Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd in Sepang, Selangor is seeking a Warehouse Operative. You will load/unload cartons safely, apply shrink wrap and stabilise shipments, measure dimensions and weights, and palletize orders under supervisor directions.

You will operate lifting equipment, keep the workspace clean, and ensure accurate WMS updates and stock records. The role requires a Diploma, 1 year of warehouse experience, proficiency in MS Office/Excel, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• SPM/High School or Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Willing to work Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe and efficient loading and unloading of cartons.
• Carry out shrink wrapping, strapping, and bubble wrapping of shipments.
• Measure dimensions and record gross weight as instructed.
• Build and palletize shipments per order/master list and supervisor guidance.
• Operate lifting equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jacks) safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area daily.
• Conduct scanning for inbound/outbound air shipments for tracking.
• Update Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and timely.
• Update stock records and monitor long-pending cargo for timely follow-up.
• Adhere to customer SOPs, company policies and safety regulations.
• Maintain high operational standards in all warehouse activities.
• Handle delivery arrangements as directed by Customer Service/Transport.
• Backup Customs runner duties when required, including submitting Customs forms.
• Carry out other warehouse tasks as assigned.
• Assist Branch Manager in achieving departmental goals with compliant Customs operations.
