Job summary

MLS Med Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring accurate inventory control, smooth logistics coordination, and high-quality service for internal and external stakeholders.

You will manage order processing, stock checks, and liaison with third-party couriers, uphold safety SOPs, handle stock returns and write-offs, and prepare requisitions as needed to keep operations running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control best practices.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety regulations, and stock reconciliation processes.
• Experience coordinating with logistics providers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day warehouse logistics operations.
• Manage post-sales processes including delivery orders, invoicing, commissioning notes, credit notes, returns, and related documentation.
• Escalate complex customer or supplier issues to Customer Services.
• Coordinate logistics with third-party couriers and advise sales on coverage.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory control, smooth logistics coordination, and high-quality service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

A. Order Management

Handle day-to-day warehouse logistics operations.

Manage post-sales processes including delivery orders, invoicing, commissioning notes, credit notes, returns, and related documentation.

Escalate complex customer or supplier issues to Customer Services.

B. Warehouse & Inventory

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and proper stacking/palletizing of goods.

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, reconciliation, loan set tracking, and reporting.

Handle incoming goods inspections, stock returns/exchanges, and stock write-offs/disposals.

Review inventory and prepare purchase requisitions as needed.

C. Logistics

Coordinate logistics with third-party couriers.

Manage loan set logistics and advise the sales team on coverage.
