QVI Foods Malaysia is seeking a capable Warehouse and Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control and building maintenance in Kajang. You will coordinate with production and other departments to ensure materials are available and compliant with GMP/HACCP and safety standards.
Responsibilities include supervising receiving, storage, stock movement, reporting, and coordinating with contractors for maintenance.

Manage and monitor daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, stock movement and issuance of materials.
Ensure proper inventory control, stock accuracy and systematic warehouse arrangement.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure sufficient materials for production.
Maintain proper documentation and records for warehouse transactions, inventory and equipment.
Oversee building and facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, water supply and general repairs.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance, repair and servicing works.
Conduct regular inspections of warehouse, building and facilities to identify defects, safety risks and maintenance requirements.
Ensure warehouse and building areas are clean, organized and maintained according to company standards.
Monitor compliance with company SOPs, GMP, HACCP, food safety, safety and hygiene requirements.
Assist in managing pest control, waste management, housekeeping and other facility-related activities.
Follow up on machine/equipment or facility breakdowns and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports related to warehouse, inventory, building maintenance and facility activities.
Support audits and ensure relevant records, documents and maintenance reports are properly maintained.
Perform other warehouse, building and facility-related duties as assigned by management.

Diploma/Degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, facilities, building maintenance or related operations, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and basic building/facility maintenance.
Familiar with GMP, HACCP, food safety and workplace safety requirements is an added advantage.
Good coordination and communication skills with internal departments, contractors and suppliers.
Able to monitor and follow up maintenance and repair works effectively.
Good organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willing to work overtime, weekends or public holidays when required.
Possess a valid driving licence is an added advantage.
