Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a candidate for driver operations and hub coordination. Fresh graduates or SPM leavers will supervise pickup processes, coordinate drivers, and ensure adherence to SOPs including parcel handling.

The role requires willingness to work in a dynamic environment with rotating day and night shifts, use of scanning devices, and strong coordination with sellers and partners to resolve pickup issues.

Qualifications

• SPM Leavers or fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to operate a scanning device.
• Ability to work in a dynamic working environment.
• Willing to commit to rotational day & night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Driver management and pickup coordination to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage communication with sellers and partners regarding pickups and resolve escalations.
• Oversee hub operations, sorting, and FIFO processes with attention to attendance and productivity.
• Track and manage company assets, including PDA devices and vehicle maintenance.

Responsibility

• Driver Management & Pickup Process
  Supervise and coordinate drivers to ensure efficient pickup operations.
  Ensure adherence to SOPs for the pickup process, including scanning and parcel handling.

• Seller & Partner Management
  Manage expectations and communication with sellers and partners regarding pickup arrangements.
  Address and resolve any pickup-related concerns or escalations.

• Hub Operations & Sorting Management
  Oversee hub operations, including sorting activities and maintaining FIFO processes.
  Monitor sorter attendance, productivity, and workflow efficiency.
  Ensure compliance with operational standards to maintain smooth daily operations.

• Asset & Vehicle Management
  Track and manage company assets, including PDA devices.
  Oversee vehicle management, ensuring proper maintenance, fuel usage, and availability for daily operations.
