Job summary

Rainbow Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Assistant in Seremban. The role involves daily warehousing tasks, stock counting, packing for courier services, and supporting sales with packing and administrative duties.

Candidate should have at least SPM/STPM, be responsible, independent, and eager to learn, with good interpersonal and communication skills. Working hours are Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM.
• Responsible, independent, and willing to learn.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in Lotus Seremban Jaya.
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 10 AM–7 PM, Sat 10 AM–2 PM.

Responsibilities

• Manage local warehousing activities, stock counts, and daily stock reports.
• Picking and packing for courier pickup for online and offline orders.
• General stock cleanliness.
• Work closely with sales to ensure packing meets customer requirements and SOP.
• Have knowledge on the brands and products that are sold.
• Perform administrative duties and daily progress reports on warehouse activities.
• Provide administrative support for all warehouse-related activities.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations and other activities as assigned by Warehouse Manager/Head of Sales.
• Support delivery arrangements if needed.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Have knowledge on the brands and products that are sold

• Perform administrative duties and report on job assignments on daily basis Track and report all warehouse related activities

• To provide administrative support for all warehouse-related activities

• Participate in trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations and other related activities as assigned by Warehouse Manager/Head of Sales

• Support delivery arrangement if needed

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
