Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable candidate to support driver management, pickup processes, and hub operations in a fast-paced environment. The role requires coordinating drivers, ensuring SOP adherence, and maintaining daily sorting and asset management.

Fresh graduates or SPM leavers are welcome. You must be able to use a scanning device and handle rotating day and night shifts. The position offers shift allowances and opportunities in a dynamic logistics team.

Qualifications

• SPM leavers or fresh graduates are eligible.
• Able to operate a scanning device as part of daily tasks.
• Will ing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willing to commit to rotational day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Driver Management & Pickup Process: supervise drivers to ensure efficient pickup operations and adherence to SOPs.
• Seller & Partner Management: coordinate pickup arrangements and address escalations.
• Hub Operations & Sorting Management: oversee sorting, maintain FIFO, monitor attendance and productivity.
• Asset & Vehicle Management: track assets like PDA devices and oversee vehicle maintenance and usage.

Responsibility

• Driver Management & Pickup Process
  Supervise and coordinate drivers to ensure efficient pickup operations.
  Ensure adherence to SOPs for the pickup process, including scanning and parcel handling.

• Seller & Partner Management
  Manage expectations and communication with sellers and partners regarding pickup arrangements.
  Address and resolve any pickup-related concerns or escalations.

• Hub Operations & Sorting Management
  Oversee hub operations, including sorting activities and maintaining FIFO processes.
  Monitor sorter attendance, productivity, and workflow efficiency.
  Ensure compliance with operational standards to maintain smooth daily operations.

• Asset & Vehicle Management
  Track and manage company assets, including PDA devices.
  Oversee vehicle management, ensuring proper maintenance, fuel usage, and availability for daily operations.
