Check delivered items against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and related documents.
Organize and store goods properly to ensure easy identification and retrieval.
Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Prepare and arrange goods for delivery or internal use.
Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing, logistics, and internal departments regarding stock and deliveries.
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safely maintained.
Monitor stock movement and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
Perform other warehouse and inventory-related duties assigned by management.
