Job summary

Wise Ally Holdings Limited is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager stationed in Batam, Indonesia. The role focuses on reconciling Epicor system data with physical stock, managing inbound/outbound materials, and ensuring timely processing of shipping documents.

You will develop SOPs, identify discrepancies, and lead semi-annual stock-takes with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions. The candidate should have a bachelor degree or above and a minimum of five years in warehouse

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of materials at Batam factory by reconciling Epicor system and physical stock.
• Enter inbound material information into Epicor system timely and accurately.
• Update outbound FG and ensure SM transactions are processed in Epicor system on time.
• Manage monthly shipping document submission to Finance Team, including collection of signed documents for payment processing.
• Develop, renew and ensure execution of Batam factory SOP/WI (e.g., FIFO, storage condition controls).
• Identify inventory discrepancies and operational non-compliance (e.g., FIFO violations); elevate issues and drive corrective actions.
• Lead stock-taking twice yearly (Jun & Dec) with partner team; analyze discrepancies and drive action plans.
• Track FG orders and manage shipping documents to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
• Coordinate daily shipping operations with forwarders and SAC Team, ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree holder or above.

Minimum 5 years or above relevant work experience in warehouse management.

Experience with electronics import/export shipping operations between Singapore & Indonesia.

Fluent English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Familiar with ERP operations.

Proficient in MS Office and Trade System.

Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills; high data accuracy and compliance mindset.

Independent, aggressive, hands-on, proactive, able to work under pressure.

Strong team player with excellent cross-stakeholder execution ability.
