Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Shah Alam, Malaysia is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, sorting and dispatching, while maintaining accurate inventory in the system. Fresh graduates are welcome. Basic computer skills and a strong interest in logistics are preferred.

On-site role with SOP adherence and safety compliance. Willingness to be based at Shah Alam and collaborate with the team will help you grow in our warehouse and supply chain career

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent required.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in warehouse/logistics/supply chain.
• Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
• Willing to be based at Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse activities: receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching of goods.
• Ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded and updated in the warehouse management system.
• Conduct stock checks and support inventory control activities.
• Support loading and unloading activities as per SOPs and safety requirements.
• Assist with any other operational duties assigned by the supervisor.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates, vocational school graduates and candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in the warehouse, logistics, and supply chain industry.
• Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
