• Assist operation in daily administrative activities.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports on operational activities.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on daily operations.
• Analyze operation performance and propose process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
• Process INB/OUT orders and cycle counts.
• Reply to customer emails.

• To ensure compliance to customer requirement and other relevant authorities
• To assist operation in daily administrative activities
• To prepare daily or weekly reports on all operational activities
• To liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operations issues
• To analyse operation performance and propose the solution for process improvement
• To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors
• Need to process INB/OUT orders/ Cycle count
• Reply customer mails
