Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule and arrange daily transport/lorry requirements to align with delivery schedules
• Track daily lorry deliveries to ensure timely distribution and update delivery logs
• Weigh incoming and outgoing goods to ensure load accuracy for receiving and shipping
• Generate Purchase Orders (POs) for transport services and coordinate closely with the Finance Department
• Systematically file, sort, and process returned Delivery Orders (DOs) from transporters
• Accurately prepare and issue Mill Certificates (Mill Cert) for outgoing products
• Provide backup support for CTS preparation whenever required
• Enter and post incoming raw materials (BRC & Wire Rod) into the inventory system
• Conduct incoming inspections on materials (WR/BRC), verifying physical stock against documentation before receiving
• Track, update, and post accurate records for scrap materials

About the role

We are seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our daily logistics, inventory control, and administrative operations. You will play a crucial role in coordinating transport, maintaining accurate inventory data, processing essential shipping documentation, and verifying incoming materials.

Key responsibilities
