The ideal candidate has a completed secondary education (SPM or equivalent) and relevant warehouse experience; forklift certification is advantageous, with Mandarin being a plus in a China-based

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift and move goods regularly in a fast-paced setting
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
• Forklift certification is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments with documentation checks
• Organise and store goods in designated locations
• Pick and pack orders according to requirements
• Label packages and prepare shipments for dispatch
• Maintain inventory records and update warehouse systems
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with reconciliation

JINGXIN GROUP (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated and organised Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Executive to join our warehousing and distribution operations in Kulai, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our warehouse facilities. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, contributing to the safe storage, handling, and distribution of goods. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of service and ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving and processing incoming shipments, including checking items against delivery documentation and identifying any discrepancies
• Organising and storing goods in designated locations within the warehouse using appropriate storage methods
• Picking and packing orders according to customer requirements and specifications
• Labelling packages and preparing shipments for dispatch to customers
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and updating warehouse management systems
• Conducting regular stock counts and assisting with inventory reconciliation
• Ensuring the warehouse environment remains clean, safe and organised at all times
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trolleys safely and responsibly
• Following all health and safety procedures and contributing to a safe working environment
• Supporting the warehouse team with general administrative tasks as required
• Able to drive forklit

What we're looking for

• Completed secondary education (SPM or equivalent qualification)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is highly desirable
• Physical capability to lift, carry and move goods regularly, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and processing information
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
• Forklift or other warehouse equipment certification is an advantage
• Reliability and commitment to maintaining high standards of attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn and contribute positively to the warehouse operations
• Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage
• Strong communication (We are China base company)
