Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur area) to support receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and safe operating practices with basic warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Storage: Unloading deliveries, checking quantities, inspecting for damage, and moving stock to designated locations.
• Order Picking & Packing: Selecting items based on pick lists, packing them securely and labelling correctly.
• Inventory Management: Performing cycle counts, tracking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
• Shipping & Dispatch: Loading trucks, organizing outbound shipments, and ensuring goods are secured.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Equipment Operation: Using pallet jacks, scanners, and other handling equipment.
