Job summary

ASTAR Management Services is recruiting a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse and logistics operations at a modern production site. You will receive, store, and issue materials, keep accurate records, and help coordinate shipments to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, independence, teamwork, and willingness to work shifts as needed, with responsibilities spanning stock checks, documentation, and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and issuing goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movement in the system or related documentation.
• Assist in coordinating deliveries and shipments to ensure timely distribution of materials and products.
• Support monthly and yearly stock take activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse and logistics documents such as delivery orders, goods receiving records, and stock reports.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area according to 5S practices.
• Perform other warehouse and logistics duties assigned by the supervisor.

Basic Salary: RM 2,100 / month
