Job summary

JINGXIN GROUP (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant/Executive to join its Kulai, Johor operations.

The role involves supporting daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, while maintaining accurate inventory records and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a completed secondary education (SPM or equivalent) and relevant warehouse experience; forklift certification is advantageous, with Mandarin being a plus in a China-based

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education (SPM or equivalent)
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is desirable
• Physical ability to lift and move goods regularly in a fast-paced setting
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
• Forklift certification is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments with documentation checks
• Organise and store goods in designated locations
• Pick and pack orders according to requirements
• Label packages and prepare shipments for dispatch
• Maintain inventory records and update warehouse systems
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with reconciliation
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Follow health and safety procedures in a clean, safe environment
• Support the warehouse team with administrative tasks
