Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse operatives to handle receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods. You will verify quantities against orders, and maintain accurate stock records, while ensuring safety and cleanliness across the warehouse.

Responsibilities include coordinating with QC, Admin and Transport teams, and supporting various warehouse functions as needed. Basic salary with allowances is offered, excluding overtime.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantities, descriptions, and quality against purchase orders.
• Report discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.
• Label and store products in correct locations per warehouse layout.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of storage areas.
• Pick items accurately based on order lists or system instructions.
• Pack and label items securely for delivery or transfer.
• Assist in loading/unloading goods from trucks or containers.
• Ensure outgoing shipments are complete and well-documented.
• Conduct regular stock counts and update system records.
• Assist in cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
• Follow warehouse safety rules and use proper PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work environment.
• Support other warehouse functions as assigned by supervisors.
• Coordinate with QC, Admin, Transport, etc., when needed.

• Assist in cycle counting and stock reconciliation.

Safety & Housekeeping

• Follow all warehouse safety rules and use proper PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

Other Duties

• Support other warehouse functions as assigned by supervisors.
• Coordinate with other departments (QC, Admin, Transport, etc.) when needed.

Salary
Basic + Allowance attendant + allowance transport + KPI (Not include OT)
