Job summary

NEXUSTEST TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking a warehouse materials controller responsible for requisition, return, replenishment and distribution of internal PCBA materials, and for overseeing ERP accounting for outsourced orders.

You will manage PCBA outsourcing, check supplier materials, and maintain daily 5S and inventory accuracy. The role requires Chinese literacy, strong analytical and communication skills, forklift experience, and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in ERP system management preferred.
• Proficient in computer operations.
• Familiar with electronic materials (chip resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs, pin holders, inductors).
• Strong analytical skills with logical problem-solving and good patience and communication abilities.
• Able to learn quickly and execute tasks effectively.
• Experience handling raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle material requisition, return, replenishment and distribution of internal PCBA materials.
• Oversee ERP accounting for outsourced orders at month start and end.
• Manage PCBA outsourcing and verify electronic material, quantity and material code from supplier.
• Conduct daily 5S management of warehouse shelves, storage cabinets and office areas.
• Perform daily material inventory and oversee year-end and mid-year inventories.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and report discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

Job description

Responsible for material requisition, return, replenishment and distribution of internal PCBA materials.

Oversee ERP accounting for outsourced orders at the beginning and end of each month.

Responsible for PCBA outsourcing, and check the electronic material, quantity and material code returned by the supplier.

Perform daily 5S management of warehouse shelves, material boxes, storage cabinets, and office areas.

Conduct daily material inventory and oversee two major inventories at the end of the year and mid-year.

Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records, promptly identify and report discrepancies;

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in ERP system management is preferred.

Proficient in computer operations.

Familiar with all kinds of electronic materials, chip resistance, chip capacitor, diode, transistor, IC, pin holder, inductor and more.

Strong analytical skills with a logical approach to problem-solving, along with excellent patience and communication abilities.

Highly capable of learning quickly and executing tasks effectively.

Experience handling raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods is an advantage.

Physically fit and able to perform manual handling, lifting, loading, and unloading tasks.

Able to work overtime based on operational needs.

Must able to read , write and communicate using Chinese.
