Job summary

ASE Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations by receiving, packing, and storing finished goods to ensure on-time shipment.

You will maintain inventory accuracy in ERP/WMS, operate forklift equipment safely, and perform cycle counts while following safety procedures.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 1–3 years in warehouse or logistics, with basic computer skills and familiarity with SAP or WMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with SAP, WMS, or other inventory systems preferred.
• Ability to lift and move packages (up to 25kgs / 65 lbs).
• Forklift or material-handling certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify finished goods from production lines.
• Package, label, and prepare goods for shipment according to customer or internal specifications.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with cycle counts and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO as applicable).
• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
