Job summary

Farben Information Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited is seeking a Warehouse Asset Management Executive to oversee inventory and end-to-end asset operations in our Johor Bahru team. You will maintain asset records, support warehouse processes, and ensure compliance with standard procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in supply chain or logistics, has 2–3 years in warehouse or asset management, and is proficient in Excel with familiarity of WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, or asset management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and accountability.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling IT hardware or data center assets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset receiving, inspection, inbound, outbound, relocation, and return processes.
• Maintain accurate asset records and inventory transactions in WMS, ERP, or Excel.
• Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Manage warehouse storage, asset labelling, and inventory organization.
• Coordinate RMA, defective asset returns, and replacement tracking.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain complete transaction documentation.
• Ensure warehouse safety, security, and 7S compliance.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, IT Operations, Logistics, and other stakeholders.
• Perform ad hoc duties and support other operational tasks as assigned by management.

Our client is a technology-driven organization that runs warehouse operations in Johor Bahru and Shah Alam, handling IT hardware and infrastructure assets. The team is growing and is adding three warehouse asset specialists to keep inventory accurate and operations efficient.

About the Role
We are hiring a detail-oriented Warehouse Asset Management Executive to manage warehouse inventory and end-to-end asset operations. You will keep asset records accurate, support efficient warehouse operations, and make sure established procedures are followed.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Interview process: 3 online rounds and 1 onsite

Key Responsibilities
