Randstad Malaysia is partnering with an established multinational engineering and industrial solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor. You will oversee daily warehouse workflows, inventory control, and equipment reconditioning to maintain seamless logistics operations across the facility.

Key responsibilities include supervising receiving, storage, and dispatch; inspecting and refurbishing returned components; coordinating with freight forwarders to optimise delivery

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse floor teams and ensuring safety.
• Solid understanding of inventory control processes and documentation.
• Familiar with digital warehouse management platforms and logistics procedures.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily receiving, storage, and dispatch activities with accurate inventory tracking.
• Manage inspection, maintenance, and refurbishment of returned components in line with quality and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to streamline delivery timetables and reduce logistics costs.
• Guide and develop warehouse staff, conduct performance reviews, and promote a safe working environment.
• Drive continuous process improvements to optimise space utilisation and cost efficiency.

In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse workflows, inventory control, and equipment reconditioning to maintain seamless logistics operations across the facility.

• Supervise daily receiving, storage, and dispatch activities to ensure accurate inventory tracking and on-time distribution schedules.
• Manage the inspection, maintenance, and refurbishment of returned industrial components in compliance with established quality and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and haulage partners to streamline delivery timetables and optimise operational logistics expenditures.
• Guide and develop warehouse supervisory staff and operational personnel, conducting performance evaluations and promoting a secure working environment.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and monitor key facility metrics to enhance space utilisation and operational cost efficiency.

skills and experience required.

• Tertiary qualification in logistics, mechanical engineering, supply chain management, or an equivalent technical field.
• Significant operational background in warehousing or logistics management, ideally within construction materials, formwork, or heavy engineering environments.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with proven ability to lead operational floor teams and enforce workplace safety standards.
• Working knowledge of digital warehouse management platforms, inventory control procedures, and technical documentation.
• Professional communication skills in English and Malay.
