Job summary

Wipro Unza Malaysia seeks a Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate documentation, inventory transactions, and timely coordination of inbound, outbound, banding, and trade return activities. You will collaborate with warehouse operations, transportation, customer service, and inventory teams to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Certificate in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Transport or equivalent.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing industry.
  • Good communication skills as the role requires constant communication with internal and external parties.
  • Sound experience in problem-solving, time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to work on weekends or Public Holidays when required.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound Operations: Process and verify inbound delivery documents, including purchase orders, delivery orders, and goods receipt documentation.
  • Inbound Operations: Coordinate receiving schedules with suppliers and transport providers.
  • Inbound Operations: Verify received quantities against system records and supporting documents.
  • Inbound Operations: Update Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP with goods receipt transactions.
  • Inbound Operations: Report discrepancies, shortages, damages, or quality issues to the relevant departments.
  • Inbound Operations: Maintain accurate filing of inbound documentation.
  • Outbound Operations - eRF: Prepare picking lists, delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documentation.
  • Outbound Operations - eRF: Coordinate order processing and shipment scheduling with logistics providers.
  • Outbound Operations - eRF: Ensure orders are released accurately and on time.
  • Outbound Operations - eRF: Update shipment status and maintain outbound records.
  • Outbound Operations - eRF: Resolve shipping documentation issues with customers, transporters, and internal stakeholders.
  • Outbound Operations - eRF: Monitor order completion and ensure all required documents are properly filed.
  • Banding Operations: Prepare and process banding requests according to customer or operational requirements.
  • Banding Operations: Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure products are correctly banded before dispatch.
  • Banding Operations: Maintain records of completed banding activities.
  • Banding Operations: Ensure compliance with customer specifications and company standards.
  • Banding Operations: Report any banding discrepancies or delays to supervisors.
  • Banding Operations: Process returned goods in accordance with company procedures.
  • Banding Operations: Verify returned quantities and condition against return authorization documents.
  • Banding Operations: Record trade return transactions accurately in the WMS/ERP system.
  • Banding Operations: Coordinate inspections with Quality Assurance and warehouse teams.
  • Banding Operations: Monitor disposition of returned goods, including restocking, quarantine, or disposal.
  • Banding Operations: Maintain complete documentation and reports on trade return activities.
  • Inventory & Documentation: Maintain accurate inventory records through timely system updates.
  • Inventory & Documentation: Assist in cycle counts and stock reconciliation activities.

The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support for daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate documentation, inventory transactions, and timely coordination of inbound, outbound, banding, and trade return activities. Key Responsibilities
A. Inbound Operations
