Job summary

Am Found Group Sdn Bhd in Penang, Seberang Perai is seeking a reliable warehouse operative to support inbound, inventory control, and outbound processes.

You will work with WMS and MS Office, maintain stock accuracy, perform cycle counts, and ensure safe handling of goods. Forklift license is a plus.

The role demands meticulous organization, clear communication, and a proactive approach to daily tasks while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations.
• Familiar with inbound, inventory control, and outbound warehouse processes.
• Basic knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Office.
• Physically fit to handle, move and organize goods safely.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
• Forklift license holders will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Process: Receive, unload, verify shipments with related documents.
• Inventory Replenishment: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, update records.
• Outbound Process: Verify and prepare outgoing shipments, coordinate with carriers.
• General: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Support ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Inbound Process

• Inspect goods condition, report discrepancies, and update records.
• Label and store stock in the correct locations.

Inventory Replenishment

• Monitor stock levels and maintain sufficient inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and stock takes to ensure accuracy.
• Update WMS records, investigate discrepancies, and maintain proper stock rotation.

Outbound Process

• Verify and prepare outgoing shipments before dispatch.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers/drivers.

General

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow safety procedures and support ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
