Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of warehouse operations experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, Warehouse Management System (WMS), Microsoft Office, and warehouse safety practices.
Proven leadership, communication, problem-solving, planning, and people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a warehouse team.
Experience in a 3PL logistics environment, managing customer-dedicated operations, and participating in continuous improvement or Lean initiatives is an added advantage.
Willing to work in a warehouse environment, including shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch, to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Supervise warehouse personnel by assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, providing coaching, and ensuring compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety requirements.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and timely investigation of inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved while resolving operational issues promptly.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing warehouse performance, preparing operational reports, and implementing process enhancements to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
