Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an organized logistics administrator in Shah Alam to manage incoming and outbound tasks, ensure goods receipt within 24 hours, and support POD and GR processes. The role requires SAP familiarity and MS Office proficiency.

You will monitor order statuses, verify PO validity, and handle TRA handovers. On-site in Section 26, this position supports warehouse and transport teams and maintains documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Secondary School qualification or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of SAP.
• Willing to work at Section 26, Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all arrivals are GR in system within 24 hours from unloading date.
• Provide incoming POD to warehouse team.
• Perform GR once Copacking and Stickering are complete.
• Check order status on a daily basis.
• Check PO validity on a daily basis.
• Manage collection orders.
• Process TRA documents handover by TN team.
• Process bills for warehouse and transport teams for shortages or damages.
