Job summary

Farmasi Everlife, a community pharmacy at the northern part of Malaysia, seeks a Warehouse Administrator to manage daily warehouse documentation and stock records at Kulim. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate inventory and timely reporting.

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Administration/Logistics, with Excel proficiency and strong organizational skills. Prior warehouse experience is advantageous; ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Administration, Logistics, Warehouse Management or related field.
• Experience in warehouse administration or inventory management is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate with stock records.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse administrative tasks and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain records for incoming and outgoing stock.
• Check delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders and stock documents.
• Update stock records and ensure inventory information is accurate.
• Assist with stock receiving, checking and issuing when required.
• Coordinate with suppliers, outlets and internal departments regarding stock matters.
• Monitor stock discrepancies, damaged items and expired products and report to supervisor.
• Prepare stock reports, transfer documents and other warehouse-related reports.
• Maintain filing of warehouse documents and records.
• Assist with stock count and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure warehouse records are updated and properly organized.
• Perform other administrative and warehouse-related duties assigned by management.
