Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to manage local warehousing activities, perform stock counts and reports, and pick/pack orders for online and offline channels.

You will work closely with the sales team to ensure packing meets customer requirements and SOP, maintain knowledge of brands and products, and provide daily admin support, with potential involvement in exhibitions and delivery arrangements.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Responsible, independent and willing to learn.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local warehousing activities.
• Perform stock count, audit, and prepare stock reports.
• Pick and pack for courier pickups for online and offline orders.
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure packing meets customer requirements and SOP.
• Maintain knowledge of brands and products sold.
• Perform daily administrative duties and report on assignments.
• Track and report all warehouse activities.
• Provide admin support for warehouse-related tasks.
• Participate in trade exhibitions and events as assigned.
• Support delivery arrangements when needed.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
