Job summary

LEE FAH MEE SENDIRIAN BERHAD is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support daily administrative, inventory and documentation activities within the Warehouse Department.

The role involves maintaining accurate warehouse records, updating inventory transactions in the system, and coordinating documentation between the warehouse and other departments. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehouse administration and a solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administrative, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, logistics or a related position.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Good numerical and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work with large amounts of inventory and transactional data.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative duties for the Warehouse Department.
• Prepare, update and maintain warehouse records, reports, and documentation.
• Maintain proper filing stock records and other warehouse documents.
• Ensure all Warehouse transactions are properly recorded and supported by the relevant documents.
• Assist the warehouse supervisor in coordinating daily warehouse activities.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding warehouse documentation.
• Assist in checking incoming goods against relevant documents and verify product description, quantity and other relevant information.
• Assist in preparing and checking documents for outgoing goods.
