Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking a Warehouse Administrator in Banting, Selangor (initially based in Kapar, Selangor) to maintain accurate inventory records, manage documentation, and coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch activities. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and Mandarin language skills.

You will handle stock checks, ensure warehouse safety, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely orders, shipments, and returns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse administration or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) or inventory tracking systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
• Proficient in Mandarin for speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, inbound and outbound movements.
• Handle warehouse documentation such as delivery orders, packing lists, and invoices.
• Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and overall warehouse organization.
• Process orders, prepare shipments, and manage returns in a timely manner.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

Location: Banting, Selangor (will station in Kapar, Selangor first)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM), Sat (9:00AM - 1:00PM)

Salary Range: RM3,500 - RM6,000
