Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to manage inventory receipt, storage and withdrawal, and issue raw materials to production.

You will print and label barcodes on raw materials, handle receiving, and coordinate supplier deliveries for direct and indirect items. You will perform incoming inspections and report discrepancies to the supply chain team.

Other duties include stock transfers, cycle counts, and contributing to KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing/inventory control is preferred.
• Good understanding of stock handling and receiving processes.
• Basic literacy in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Tracking, coordinating and maintaining inventory receipt, storage and withdrawal.
• Issuance of raw materials to production.
• Print and label barcode on raw materials.
• Return raw materials to the right place.
• Handle of receiving.
• Attend to all supplier deliveries for direct and indirect items receiving.
• Perform incoming inspection to ensure quality and quantity is received in correct manner.
• To report to supply chain if quality or quantity discrepancy.
• Handle of internal branch stock transfer.
• Coordinate and participate on schedule stock count to ensure inventory accuracy at all time.
• Raise PR for all production / warehouse items needed.
• Handling and coordinating scrap, valuable waste disposal and selling activities.
• Meeting the monthly KPI.
• To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
