in Malaysia is seeking a warehouse operative to handle day-to-day warehousing activities, including receiving and dispatching materials, finished goods, and packaging. You will update SAP transactions, coordinate with forwarders and the Logistics Department, and ensure goods are properly packed, safely loaded, and stock-taken as required; forklift operation and housekeeping are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and dispatching of raw materials, semi-finished goods and packaging from and to forwarders, suppliers and production.
• Receiving and dispatching of finished goods from and to forwarders, customers and production.
• To update all transactions in the SAP system and to maintain accuracy ofinformation and documentation in a timely manner
• Liaise with the forwarders and the Logistics Dept for all inventory movements in the warehouse
• To ensure goods leaving the warehouse are in good packing conditions for QC released products
• To maintain and operate forklifts, cleaning vehicles and other warehouse equipments.
• To be responsible for general house-keeping at the warehouses.
• To be responsible for safety and work activities at the warehouses.
• To safely conduct and supervise stuffing/unstuffing and loading/unloading activities at thewarehouses.
• To participate in stock-taking activities.
• To carry out job functions delegated by the Supervisor from time to time.
• Ensure safety to be adhered all times.
