Job summary

CWHUB MALAYSIA VENTURES in Kajang is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily packing, stocking, and shipping operations. You will handle order packing, inspect products, and maintain inventory accuracy.

The role involves receiving stock, printing daily orders, preparing parcels for dispatch, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. You will work closely with supervisors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Check product condition before packing and shipping.
• Count and verify stock, and update inventory records.
• Print and prepare customer orders according to daily requirements.
• Receive and unpack new stock, and arrange products properly.
• Receive and inspect returned parcels.
• Assist with parcel drop-off / handover to nearby courier branches when required.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and properly arranged.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job description

• Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  负责包货、检查产品及包装，确保订单准确无误。
• Check product condition before packing and shipping.
  检查产品外观及状况，发现问题及时汇报。
• Count and verify stock, and update inventory records.
  点货、核对数量，并及时 Key In / 更新库存记录。
• Print and prepare customer orders according to daily requirements.
  根据每日订单安排打印及准备订单。
• Receive and unpack new stock, and arrange products properly.
  负责拆新到货物，并按规定分类、整理及存放。
• Receive and inspect returned parcels.
  负责拆退回包裹，检查产品及配件状况，并记录异常情况。
• Assist with parcel drop-off / handover to nearby courier branches when required.
  根据工作需要，协助将包裹 Drop Off / 交给附近的 Courier。
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and properly arranged.
  保持仓库整洁、有序，确保货物摆放整齐。
• Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
  根据主管安排，完成其他相关仓库工作。
