You will verify insurance benefits, handle billing and collections professionally, and ensure cashier closings and accurate daily totals. The role requires shift work, including weekends and public holidays, with opportunities to grow within a large healthcare group.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Hotel Management or related field.
• At least 1 year working experience in Customer Service.
• Proficient knowledge of insurance companies, credit clients, and 3rd party payers.

Responsibilities

• Attend reception and registration procedures for patients in specialist clinics, ensuring timely handling.
• Verify insurance benefits assigned to the hospital to determine coverage adequacy for admission policies.
• Ensure billing and collection procedures are executed in a professional manner.
• Ensure cashier closing report is accurate with the daily collection.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of collection.
