Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Prior experience in billing, cashiering, or administrative roles in hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with registration, billing and payment.
• Register, perform cashiering, review and finalize bills, ensure all charges are captured.
• Address patient queries related to billing and payments processes.
• Collaborate with finance and administrative teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service relating to the Business Office department to ensure smooth flow for outpatients.
