Job summary

TDMC Hospital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Patient Service Assistant (Billing Office) to ensure patients seeking treatment are registered correctly and that charges are entered accurately across departments.

The role requires at least a Diploma or SPM in Healthcare management, at least one year in insurance-related roles, and a calm, empathetic demeanor. Fresh graduates are welcome, and you’ll work in a three-shift rotation to support hospital operations.

Patient Service Assistant ( Billing Office)

To ensure that the patient that seek treatment and admit is registered correctly and all departments that related can key-in the charges accordingly. To ensure that all the patients are attended in a very proper manner, the information is being explained clearly and create safe environment.

Qualification and Experience

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Healthcare Management, or related fields.

Minimum1 year of experience in insurance-related roles, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Ability to relate to and empathize with people.

Good teamwork skills

Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations effectively.

Willing to work in Shift (3 shift) rotation.
