Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with diverse customers.

• Willingness to learn about menu, specials and restaurant procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers with a friendly attitude.
• Take orders and ensure food and drinks are served accurately and promptly.
• Provide menu recommendations and explain dishes or promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup.

About the role

Robata Sushi & Grill Sdn Bhd is seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters, Waitresses and Service Crew members to join our dynamic hospitality team in Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience at our restaurant. As part of our service team, you will be the face of our brand, creating positive interactions and building lasting relationships with our customers whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.

What you'll be doing

• Welcome and serve customers with a friendly attitude.
• Take orders and ensure food and drinks are served accurately and promptly.
• Provide menu recommendations and explain dishes or promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup.
• Attend to customer requests and feedback professionally.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working as waiting staff, service crew or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role is highly desirable
