Genki Sushi (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is hiring a Supervisor for Letasu at Sunway Pyramid to oversee front-of-house and back-end operations, ensuring smooth table turnovers and top-tier guest experiences.

The role focuses on food quality, staff training, and efficient shift management in a fast-paced kaiten-sushi environment modeled after Japan’s service standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage FOH and backend operations to ensure smooth table turnovers and minimal wait times.
• Maintain quality control over food preparation, presentation, and delivery via the Kousoku (express train) system.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure a stellar dining experience.
• Enforce peak-hour efficiency strategies alongside the management team.
• Oversee daily store cash collections and ensure POS tallies.
• Conduct end-of-day cash reconciliations and audit safe drops.
• Track and distribute petty cash allocations for immediate outlet operational needs.
• Direct and delegate daily checklists to supervisors, service crew, and kitchen staff during shifts.
• Assist in organizing and adjusting the weekly staff roster to manage labor costs efficiently during high-traffic intervals.
• Deliver continuous on-the-job training for new crew members regarding food assembly, customer service, and food hygiene standards.

Assist in organizing and adjusting the weekly staff roster to manage labor costs efficiently during high-traffic intervals.
