SUSHIRO MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is hiring a Service Crew to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Join a fun, energetic team and contribute to a welcoming dining experience.

The role requires a positive attitude, good communication, and willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Mandarin or Japanese language skills are an added advantage as we embrace Japanese work culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with a warm, friendly, and welcoming smile
• Handle customer orders and process payments (cash, card, and digital systems) accurately
• Operate and maintain POS system, walkie-talkies, and other restaurant equipment responsibly
• Prepare sauces, condiments, and basic ingredients according to SOP
• Ensure all workstations are fully stocked and operationally ready
• Clear and clean tables promptly; reset for the next customers
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the restaurant, including dining area, kitchen, utensils, and equipment (in line with health standards)
• Support both Hall and Kitchen operations as an all-rounder
• Assist in food preparation in the kitchen following proper SOP
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager
