Job summary

George Town Heritage Hotels Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks service-minded staff to take orders and serve guests in our boutique heritage hotels. You will handle guest inquiries, maintain service standards, and work with a knowledgeable menu to boost sales. Strong English communication is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Training will be provided, with opportunities to develop in a dynamic hospitality group within George Town World Heritage site.

Qualifications

• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Must be able to communicate in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
