Responsibilities

• Supports wafer-level manufacturing process integration and yield activities through hands-on engineering tests and data collection.
• Performs inspections, tests, and data analysis to identify defects and potential yield loss.
• Monitors Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process controls; documents deviations.
• Supports investigations of excursions and communicates findings to Process Integration and Yield Engineering teams.
• Provides observations to engineering for potential process improvements.
