Qualifications

• Ability to analyze data and derive meaningful conclusions.
• Commitment to an initial 1-year contract term, with potential for extension based on performance.

Responsabilités

• Own, monitor, and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and drive data-informed improvements.
• Conduct experiments and measurements to improve process capability and reduce variation.
• Develop and sustain process and equipment improvements to boost efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and support business objectives.
• Lead investigations and corrective actions for process deviations and yield-impacting events.
• Drive continuous improvement using statistical analysis, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Document and communicate technical findings, procedures, and updates.
