Job summary

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant technical experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, electronic, and/or mechatronic systems in wafer-level semiconductor equipment.
• Set up, calibrate, perform preventive maintenance, repair, and replace components per procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and data to identify abnormalities and potential issues.
• Respond to alarms and interruptions following established procedures.
• Collaborate with Module Engineering to restore equipment to operating condition.
• Support health monitoring and early identification of adverse equipment trends.
