Formación

• Bachelor-level engineering degree with emphasis on electronics or computer engineering.
• 3+ years in semiconductor failure analysis or test engineering.
• Experience with SCAN ATPG, fault models, and diagnostic techniques.
• Familiarity with failure signature analysis and yield learning.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and analyze yield limiters using statistical techniques and big data.
• Develop and implement process development roadmaps for yield milestones.
• Consolidate and visualize data to extract actionable yield insights.
• Perform fault isolation and root-cause analysis of failures.
• Collaborate with design, test, and process teams to fix yield limiters.
• Develop measurement recipes and enhance equipment capabilities for logic nodes.
• Run new product introductions and factory experiments to improve yield.
• Create tools and algorithms for high-volume yield modeling and data analysis.
