Formación

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Microelectronics or related technical field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; relevant semiconductor manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in semiconductor wafer-level processes within high-volume manufacturing is beneficial.
• Familiarity with process integration, manufacturing process control, yield analysis, defect detection, fault isolation, failure analysis, or excursion management.
• Knowledge of SPC, basic statistics, data analysis and manufacturing process monitoring.
• Experience interpreting specifications, procedures, process limits, and engineering data.

Responsabilidades

• Supports wafer-level manufacturing process integration and yield activities through hands-on tests, inspections, data collection, and manufacturing support.
• Performs inspections and tests to identify defects and failures that may affect yield or product performance.
• Supports electrical validation, fault isolation, and physical defect investigations of products failing requirements.
• Collects and interprets inline, parametric, defect, test, and end-of-line data to support investigations.
• Executes setup plans, engineering lots, test runs, and experiments for process characterization and manufacturing readiness.
• Documents findings and communicates with Process Integration and Yield Engineering, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders.
